Take Control of Your Anger by Learning Anger Management Skills and Lead a Quieter Life

“Last night when I drove down the freeway I realized I wasn’t angry. Normally I’d have sworn and got real mad at other drivers zipping by and cutting me off. Instead I thought to myself that maybe these guys were just in a hurry, so I let them go. I was amazed at how calm I was and when I got home I was in a great frame of mind, instead of being in my usual bad mood.“
- A forty-three year old male Anger Management client

Imagine feeling calm when anger comes on. Being in control. No shouting. No screaming. No tantrums. All because you’ve learned the skills of anger management. There’s less stress. It’s quieter around the house. You get on better with your family and friends, and things start to improve at work.

  • Learning To Manage Your Anger
Our Anger Management Program is designed to help everyone from kids to adults avoid moments of excessive anger. Many people learn to identify anger’s destructive signs and almost as a reflex, switch to just letting things go. We offer several anger management services to help, including:

    1. Individual counseling where you’ll learn how to replace negative “self talk” which often fuels the fire of anger, with a more positive outlook that puts you in a better frame of mind. These anger management techniques can usually be taught in just a few sessions.

    2. Biofeedback which teaches relaxation techniques such as modifying your breathing patterns or controlling your heart rate, and can change your body’s response to stress.

    3. Neurofeedback which helps you head off anger before it erupts, putting you in control and in a calm state of mind.

Please note we are unable to provide Court Ordered Anger Management Assistance.

  • Save time and money with our "At Home” training program
One of the benefits of some of our anger management techniques is that you can do them at home after a few introductory sessions at our office. This saves you time by cutting down on office visits and makes things more convenient for you by letting you do the anger management training when it best fits your schedule.
  • What to expect on your first visit
Your first meeting in our offices lasts one hour. We’ll thoroughly discuss your anger management concerns and decide what the best method is for treating them.
  • Scheduling an appointment
Our Anger Management Programs have worked for many people for more than twenty years and may work for you.
